Helenzys is hiring for multiple numbers of positions these days, and we are no exception to the recruitment hurdles. However, we overcome these challenges by employing the ‘act differently’ principle to attract the right talent. We approached innovatively, leveraging Designs and Social Media in addition to our usual methods to expedite our hiring process.
Design is an important driving force in business and plays a key role in simplifying problems, whereas social media is an essential facet of your recruiting strategy. And so, we have designed attractive social media banners of different concepts with needed information to grab the right talent. This simple strategy helped us reach the maximum number of people and also allowed us to target people through social media groups.
