Client is one of the reputed Radiology centers who have operations across various locations throughout Arizona State. They need man power to handle various requests received to the radiology centers and organize them respectively.

Our Solution

We established a backend support team to take care of inbound and outbound processes and send daily production report to the client. We validate various user requests such as Fax requests, Physician requests, etc. and assign the request to the respective SPOC.

Product / Service Description

We label the mail requests received and prioritize the requests and assign them respectively. When
client receives mail from physicians for any medical reports, the team gathers details from the mail and updates those details in the Intergy so that Radiologist can easily check the list of tasks pending and completed. Once the report is ready, Radiologist updates the reports in the Intergy from where support team takes the report and faxes it to the particular physicians.
